The Implementation Resource for the new SRA Statement of Solicitor Competence.

Do you have time to wade through all the material and videos on the SRA website to ensure that your responsibilities are fully comprehended?

Do you have the time to identify and plan your training needs and produce the required templates under the new SRA competence matrix?

Details:

Who?

This workshop is crucial for all solicitors as the responsibility for the new competence requirements rests with each solicitor.

What?

Each solicitor will be expected to reflect on their competence, identify their own learning and development needs, have a plan for addressing these and a record of evaluation and reflection.

How?

This workshop includes:

  • Overview of the new requirements
  • Analysis of the Competence Statement as it affects you
  • Explanation of the competencies involved and the different levels that apply within these to you and your role
  • Templates for use in complying
